Education

I hold a BSc. degree, a diploma in education (concurrent Diploma) and a Masters degree in education and planning.

I graduated in 1981 and started my school practice at "The College" on 1st July 1981. Having exhibited credentials of a good teacher, I was retained as a teacher by the then head teacher - Mr. Mugoda.

The Journey

In 1990, I was transfered to Our Lady Gayaza from where I was promoted to Head Teacher and posted to St. Dennis Kijaguzo and thereafter to St. Joseph's S.S. Naggalama. Finally, in 2002 on the 29th of October, I was posted to "The College" where am the Head Teacher to Date.

In My Words

A casual walk across "The College" reveals the magnitude of task ahead. The students being admitted nowadays are far too young to be compared to those of the past days. As we continue with our mission of providing quality education to the young men of this world, bearing in mind what Mill Hill Fathers wanted to achieve;

We should not lose sight for this sentiment as we continue providing educational services in this new century; Namilyango College should remain a pioneer provider of quality eduaction, an education for responsibility.

I wish to thank the students - past, present and future, they are the school's reason for existance, the parents with whose constant financial and material support we have achieved so much.
