Functions of the Board of Governors

1. Govern the school for which it has been constitutied;
2. Administer the property of the school, whether movable or immovable;
3. Administer the funds, chattels or things of the derived by fundraising or auction, on behalf of the school;
4. provide for the welfare of and descpline of students and fix fees and other charges with the approval of the Minister of Education;
5. Perform such other functions as are prescribed by those regulations;
